How do I get a paid Internship?

I think you are trying to accomplish too many things: 1) get payed 2) get internship 3) Sports Management 4) Pro Level only.
Each of these things reduces the likelyhood of you finding this opportunity. Be more flexible.

I disagree with the previous post. I think it is absolutely reasonable to expect an internship to be paid - always.
Unpaid internships tell future employers that you are worth nothing. If you take on an unpaid internship with a potential to hire, they WILL take advantage of your previous willingness to work for free and start you with a lower salary or even limit your work to part-time. The rising number of unpaid internships is a sign of our current economy. Positions are being cut that could be filled with college students willing to work for free. This kills the economy, but greedy employers don't mind as long as they can acquire free labor in exchange for school credit or a good recommendation.
Don't fall for unpaid internships. You know how much you are worth. I have held unpaid internships in the past and they do very little for you except drain your wallet while you attempt to support yourself while spending money on transportation, professional attire, food, and living expenses. You are better off working with a temp agency. You're offering your time, experience (despite limitations), and input and that is always worth just compensation.
