BTV - Brandeis Television
In 2001, I joined BTV when it was on the air for less than 2 hours per week. In the fall of 2002, I led BTV to 24/7 broadcasting and built the station's infrastructure and brand. After significantly increasing student participation and confidence, I eventually achieved "secured" status for the organization by passing an amendment to the Brandeis University Student Union Constitution. Under my leadership, and the leadership of those who worked with me, BTV became one of the most respected organizations at Brandeis University: it grew its membership by 400% and its funding by 300% during that time.
