Spearheaded a new UI approach for the BPMS portal, including the technology used (ASP.NET) and the promotion of a new UI team. Supervised the build-out a new BPMS domain services layer constructed with a XFire/Maven/iBatis framework. Evangelized, designed and implemented a comprehensive search facility for the BPM Platform using Lucene and Solr. Used SQL Database on NT at the server side and Jet Database at the client (on multiple platforms).
